I am responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, control, and delivery. I currently manage several key projects: the WSD-WCDMS Project, IRD Independent Quality Control & Quality Assurance for the Pillar Two Portal Project, ArchSD-CO-i System Maintenance, WSD-OHAP Project, QEF-QEPMS Project, and the EPD PRSIMS Project.

My previously completed projects include the ArchSD e-Material Submission Project, ArchSD-Subvented Projects, ArchSD-DWSS Phase III, WSD-FS COSS, the WSD IMPDA&MWMSE Maintenance Project, and various maintenance projects for CEDD and CTF, as well as several PIA projects.

Year 2019-2021 IT Manager 

Treasure Asia International Limited / HOGaming which is a well-recognized software solutions provider focusing on the development of interactive products for our global customer base. We have offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and the Philippines.

I was responsible to lead a team of IT professionals in the office, which provides all round information technology support to the institution. I worked with various stakeholders, to develop, maintain and support information systems using Agile Project Management methods. I also worked together with vendor and Global/Regional IT teams to produce and refine IT Standards/processes/procedures that comply with IT application development standard/policy requirements. 

Year 2018-2019 Project Manager 

Nexify Limited which is a Hong Kong-based IT company. It was founded by a group of motivated and experienced IT professionals passionate about providing unique and high-performance IT solutions to the companies. 

I was responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, developing and managing technology projects and their cost, time and scope. Responsibilities include: release management, project launch and rollout schedule, project plans, deployment plans, implementation plans, collect user requirements, change management, UAT, QA documentation, communication plan, Vendor management, allocating tasks and setting milestone. And now I am following up Hong Kong Land Intranet Project and Hong Kong Housing Authority EHF2.0 Project.

Year 2016-2018 Freelancer

Lazybugstudio Ltd / SAGaming which is a unique information technology development company and one of leading integrator of Mobile Apps, Egames and Web developer in Hong Kong, as well as offering superior professional design and 2D & 3D computer graphics services in creative marketing throughout the Asia Pacific region. 

I was responsible for managing the overall effort and project schedule, communication with all team members and stakeholder, tracking project issues and risks and ensuring they are addressed efficiently and in timely manner. In this Company, I finished the Carlsberg BA Tool, Eastern Sport Clubs Website/ Facebook app, www.dreams-found.com, www.dreams-salon.com, www.frmhongkong.com, www.sagaming.com, e-games, Live game, Lotto 48 and mobile games projects etc. 

Year 2013-2014 IT Manager 

Carlton Mansfield Limited which is a family office in Hong Kong that sources and manages direct investments made by our founders who include a successful UHNW Asian businessman and his family. It is enages in acquiring various licenses of mobile phone game and entertainment products and conducts a value-add telecommunication business regarding mobile phones in Mainland China. 

In this company, my mainly responsibilities were planning and implement the new project and Web/Mobile application, handle with shopping mall web/mobile project (www.buy-me.cn), mobile TV app project (ibolz.see-me.cn), security planning, manage IT budget, oversee and implement all hardware and software troubleshooting, IT job schedule, research and implement new technology tools, manage junior associates effectively, assist the superior and to improve the IT Department etc.

Year 2008-2012 Assistant IT Manager 

Victoria Shanghai Academy which in Hong Kong is a private independent, non-denominational, coeducational day school established under the auspices of the Shanghai Victoria Education Foundation Limited, a registered charitable body. 

In this company, my mainly responsibilities were planning and implement the new system and Web site, manage IT budget, oversee and implement all hardware and software troubleshooting, IT job schedule, research and implement new technology tools, manage junior associates effectively and project planning for implementation, document and survey prepare, procurement of hardware, equipment & facilities, wireless infrastructure upgrade planning and procurement, research the “1 to 1” learning software, support service arrangement and project teams job arrangement etc. 

Year 2007-2008 IT Manager 

Kwanasia Electronic (ECO) Ltd which was founded in 1986 as one of the well-respectable electronics manufacturers in Hong Kong. In 1992, Kwanasia joined with Jetcrown Industrial Ltd. and formally became a subsidiary of the NASDAQ-listed Deswell Industries Inc. (stock coded DSWL). 

My mainly responsibilities were setup and planning the Epicor Vantage ERP System on-line job and to improve the IT Department etc. 

Year 2000-2007 MIS Manager 

World Wide Industrial Ltd which is a Hong Kong based PCB and PCB Equipments Manufacturing Group with 5 associated companies and 3 China Factories. 

Since I was employed in that company, I initially started to centralize the group system by computerization such as setting up LAN, Mail Server, Web Server, FTP Server, linking up the database between China factory and Hong Kong Headquarter by carrying out VPN and VOIP. Right the moment, while ERP system is running at Phase I Factory in order to lower the production cost and higher the effectiveness / efficiency. Phase II and III Factory is facilitating the Personnel/Payroll System by VB, ASP, SQL Server. Project implement and monitoring the department operation / performance is my major activities. Responsibilities include: Manage IT budget, planned and managed implementation of network installation, 24-hour disaster recovery, Integrate and configure SonicWALL firewall, oversee and implement all hardware and software troubleshooting, research and implement new technology tools and manage junior associates effectively. 

Year 1996-2000 Programmer 

Delta Power Sharp Ltd ( 台達電子 ). Which is a Taiwanese based company and public listed in Taiwan and Thailand. Mainly responsible for developing of Exchange Server (Mail Server) and Server protection, and the network maintenance between Taiwan headquarter and Hong Kong / China Factory. Explored the Accounting system / Export trading system / Personnel & Payroll system by using clipper and Delphi. Due to rapidly growth in business development, we had been converted from ERP system to SAP system for quicker the connection processing. 

During the period, I was responsible for SAP Hong Kong on-line job and ABAP/4 programming.
